The FRITZ!Box 6890 LTE provides high-speed Internet via mobile networks. No matter how good your current reception is, the 6890 always provides maximum speed with both UMTS (3G) and LTE (4G). The 6890 can also be used on DSL connections, in which case LTE serves as a fallback should the DSL connection break off. Video on demand, music streaming and IP TV are shared in the home network in no time at all thanks to gigabit LAN and high-speed wireless LAN on two bands.

Fast Internet at all times

With a download rate of up to 300 Mbit/s, large program updates are done in no time. Gigabit ports and modern, intelligent WiFi provide for rapid connections in the home network. This way video on demand, music streaming and IP TV are shared in the home network straight away. Your smartphone will also benefit from this when used at home, since it can access the connection to the LTE router for data applications. It's also possible to use the 6890 LTE on DSL connections. Should the DSL connection break off, the box will automatically switch to the mobile connection.

This makes calling fun

Along with the FRITZ!Box 6890 LTE you'll have a complete telephone system to connect all your phones, be they IP, ISDN or analog. And using the FRITZ!App Fon you can easily make calls on your smartphone over the landline. The app also informs you of calls and voice messages when you're on the go. The answering machine and fax function including fax-to-mail bring additional convenience.

Smart WiFi

The 6890 relies on fast Wireless AC with Multi-User MIMO, so that videos, music and photos can be distributed in the home network without a loading bar on the smartphone, tablet or other handheld. Unlike the consecutive streaming to individual devices of the past, now data streams are distributed concurrently to achieve higher wireless LAN speeds. As a result, the 6890 reaches transmission rates of up to 1733 Mbit/s on the 5 GHz band and 800 Mbit/s on the 2.4 GHz band.

With its flexible multi-band support the FRITZ!Box 6890 LTE shows its strengths no matter where you're using it in Europe. Depending on network availability, it automatically accesses all common mobile communication bands currently used in Europe.
