The iBasso Epitome is more than an in-ear monitor; it is a front-row seat to every musical performance. With an impressive driver configuration and carefully shaped resin housings, the Epitome combines technical perfection with an artistic look that feels as special as it sounds.

A fusion of music and art, the Epitome is powered by no fewer than twenty drivers and an advanced five-way crossover design. The airy refinement of electrostatic drivers merges with the precision of balanced armatures, resulting in a natural and realistic soundstage. The metallic finish of the housing subtly changes with the light, reminiscent of a moving starry sky.

Each side of the Epitome is equipped with eight electrostatic drivers and twelve balanced armature drivers, carefully tuned across the entire frequency range. This complex 20-driver architecture, supported by high-quality through-hole components and a sophisticated crossover network, ensures smooth transitions, a coherent sound balance, and a detailed, open soundstage. Whether you're listening to richly layered orchestral works or intimate vocals, the Epitome always maintains control, nuance, and musicality.

The 3D-printed shells not only give the Epitome an ergonomic fit, but also a striking visual character. The top panel has a depth effect that shows a sparkling gradient effect under different lighting conditions, as if meteors were shooting across the night sky. This makes each set unique and reinforces the feeling that you have something special in your hands.

iBasso leaves nothing to chance when it comes to cabling either. The Epitome uses 0.78 mm 2-pin connectors, making it compatible with other cables of the same type. It comes standard with a high-quality 5N mono-crystal copper litz cable with a replaceable plug system. With included 4.4 mm, 3.5 mm, and USB-C connectors, you are assured of optimal sound quality, whether you are listening single-ended, balanced, or directly through your smartphone.

In addition, iBasso adds an extra dimension with a new, specially developed alloy cable made of silver-plated wire material. This cable offers excellent sound performance and is included as an extra gift in addition to the standard cable. Because it has not yet been fully tested for long-term durability, it is not covered by the warranty, but it does give you the opportunity to get the most out of the Epitome.
