Functionality

Suitable for any type of headphones, this ZEN CAN features a 6.3mm and a 4.4mm Pentaconn headphone jack. iFi has placed a gain switch on the front that amplifies by 0dB, 6dB, 12dB or 18dB. Set the gain to 0dB when using in-ear and switch up to maximum gain when you have planar headphones that are difficult to drive. Especially for owners of Sennheiser headphones in the HD600 series, iFi Audio has developed the HD6XX feature. This does small analog sound corrections, creating a linear frequency response when using these headphones.

In addition, iFi has added its completely new Xspace Matrix sound optimization to this headphone amplifier.
