Refund policy

Sometimes you may want to return the product(s) you ordered to us because you are not satisfied with them. Of course, we don't make a fuss about this at all. You can register your return here.

Used and still returning?

Under the right of withdrawal, you may cancel the contract without giving reasons (the so-called cooling off period) and return a product to us within 30 days of receipt. The product may have been used for trial purposes during this period. The packaging may have been opened during this period. If the product and packaging are both undamaged Wifimedia will credit the full purchase value of the returned products within 10 working days.

Visible signs of use

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and the product has visible signs of wear and tear during the trial period, you may of course return the product to us within 30 days. However, we cannot refund the full purchase price. We will evaluate the product upon receipt and determine a partial refund after reasonableness.

The following criteria apply to a valuation:

You will always receive a maximum of 75% of the original purchase price;
The product must be returned complete with retail packaging and all accessories;
More damage or more missing accessories results in a lower fee.

There are some exceptions where the right of return expires entirely.

The product must not be damaged to the extent that its operation is impaired;
Televisions with more than 2 hours of play time. This falls under unnecessary use;
Mounting a television on the wall also falls under unnecessary use and is therefore not permitted.

Some purchases can never be exchanged or returned.

Opened, installed or registered software (such as camera licenses);
Items that cannot be exchanged for hygienic reasons such as in-ear headsets and earbuds with opened packaging.
Any installation costs and costs charged for configuration or support are not covered by the right of withdrawal and are therefore not refundable.

Return product

Returning items at customer's expense. When you order a product from us you will automatically receive an email from us with an order confirmation and a return document. Print this pdf document, cut off the bottom part and put it signed in the shipping box. Stick the top part of the return slip with the address label clearly legible upwards on the shipping box and send the package with sufficient postage.

You can decide whether you want to send the package registered or insured. The cost depends on your chosen service and insurance.

The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers; business buyers cannot invoke the cooling-off period.
