Wifimedia adheres to the Dutch law regarding warranties. On all our products we give a minimum two-year warranty.
If you have a defective product, you can submit a RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) here.
Wifimedia guarantees that the delivered goods meet the requirements and standards that can be expected and that they are free from any defects.

Defective upon delivery
It is possible that a product is defective upon delivery. In that case, you should fill out the RMA form as soon as possible, at the latest within seven days. Only after our approval, the product can be returned to us within 11 days after the delivery date. You will then receive a replacement product as soon as possible. The costs of the replacement shipment are covered by Wifimedia.
If you fail the report a defect within 7 days after delivery date the defect will be treated under the normal warranty procedure. After having received the return shipment we will test the product for faults. Wifimedia can charge handling costs if the product is not defective.
Defective within warranty period
It may happen that a product is defective. If this is the case please fill out our RMA form or directly contact the manufacturer. If you've filled out our RMA form you can return the product to us only after you've received our approval. Once we've received the defective product we will test it for the reported defect. Wifimedia can charge handling costs if the product is not defective or is caused by the user. Depending of the nature of the defect and the product Wifimedia can chose the repair or replace the product. The costs of the return shipment are covered by Wifimedia.
If the product is out of warranty, you will receive a quote.

Always included your contact info and add a clear description of the problem(s) a product may have. Returns without an RMA number, problem description and invoice we can not process.
Cancel Order
Should you wish to cancel your order please do so by phone +31 (0) 26 82 00 215 or email [email protected]. An order can be canceled free of charge, but please inform us as soon as possible. If the order has already shipped, you can refuse the package at delivery and it will automatically be returned to us.

5 years warrenty on Sonos Amp, Arc, Beam (Gen 2), Era 100, Era 300, Five, Port, Ray, Sub (Gen 3), Sub Mini, Stands & Mounts, Sonance In-Ceiling, Sonance In-Wall, Sonance Outdoor.
100 days money back guarantee: Wifimedia offers a 30 days test period for all Sonos products. You may return the Sonos product within 100 days of the invoice date. Please use our RMA form to request a return. You will receive a RMA number with instructions. Once Wifimedia has received the product it will be credited within 10 days as long as the products are undamaged and complete with the original box and accessoires(equivalent to the original packaging).
