Unfortunately, there was some ambiguity where my package was. Track and trace app from postnl gave different information. Customer service responded quickly and immediately thought of a good solution.

Supplied item did not work. Reported and received mail about returning and refund. Was not supposed to, wanted a working item. Called and discussed. Received working item within two days.

Fine delivery however it would have been nice if the description had indicated that there was no power supply (a 99,-) with the €200 switch. Too bad.

Super company, super fast delivery, ordered my inears here after a long search what really suits me for the drum I ended up with the shure se535. Good quality. Highly recommended.

Quick and clear handling

The company does what it says and that is the most important thing. Great packaging by the way, if the delivery guy had thrown it out of his moving van it would probably still be undamaged ...
