Monitor, manage, and replace disks and memory online in Synology DSM. Out-of-band (OOB) management allows you to remotely reboot, reset, or view logs during system downtime.

Plug and play expansion

The DS1823xs+ can be scaled up to 18 bays by adding two DX517 expansion units without turning off the system, thanks to online volume and memory expansion.
