Premium AKM DACs

The K15 is among the first devices to integrate two of AKM's top-of-the-line DAC chips, the AK4479SVQ, equipped with advanced VELVET SOUND audio technology. These DACs deliver exceptionally low distortion, wide dynamic range and extended signal bandwidth, while keeping power consumption low. As a result, the K15 retains rich detail in both low and high frequencies, resulting in a natural and immersive listening experience.

Discrete class AB

Like the K17's highly acclaimed discrete headphone amplifier, the K15 uses an OP+ transistor current-boosting architecture. At its core is a complementary pair of ON Semiconductor's classic MJE243G/253G transistors, which provide high current dissipation and low output impedance. This discrete circuit delivers balanced output power up to 3000mW + 3000mW, allowing the K15 to effortlessly drive both full-sized headphones and sensitive in-ear monitors - with a sound that is smooth, natural and musically immersive.

Clean and stable sound

For clock synchronization, the K15 is equipped with ACCUSILICON's industry-leading AS318-L crystal oscillators with ultra-low phase noise (45.1584 MHz, 49.1520 MHz). These oscillators significantly reduce phase noise interference in audio signals, ensuring accurate reproduction over a wide range of sampling rates, resulting in cleaner, more stable sound.

DC/AC power supply

The power supply consists of a next-generation 30W (12V-2.5A) high-quality industrial power supply with low noise, high efficiency and long life. For those who want even better performance, the K15 also supports external DC power supplies, so it can be combined with high-quality linear power supplies to further optimize sound quality.
