The FRITZ!Box 6890 LTE brings high-speed Internet via the mobile network. No matter how good or bad your network reception is - the 6890 always provides optimal speed, from UMTS to LTE. You can also use the 6890 on the DSL connection; here LTE serves as a fallback if the DSL connection hangs up for a while. Video on demand, music streaming and IP-TV are distributed at top speed in the home network thanks to gigabit LAN and high-speed WiFi on two frequency bands.

Fast internet - anytime

Large program updates perform quickly with a download speed of up to 300 Mbit/s. Gigabit connections and the latest intelligent WiFi ensure a lightning-fast connection in the home network. Video on demand, music streaming and IP-TV are thus distributed at top speed in your home network. Your smartphone also benefits when you use it at home, as it can use the LTE router's connection for data applications. You can also use the 6890 on the DSL connection. If the DSL connection fails for a while, the Box automatically switches to the mobile network.

This way telephoning is fun

With the FRITZ!Box 6890 LTE you have a full-fledged telephone system to which all telephones can be connected, whether IP, ISDN or analog phones. With the FRITZ!App Fon you can easily make phone calls with your smartphone. In addition, the app gives you information about calls and voicemails on the go at all times. The answering machine and fax function including email forwarding offer additional convenience.

WiFi thinking

So that videos, music and photos in the home network would appear on smartphones, tablets and other devices without loading bars, the 6890 opts for fast WiFi AC with Multi-User MIMO. In doing so, the data streams flow to the individual devices not sequentially but simultaneously, as they did until now, achieving higher WiFi speeds. The 6890 achieves transfer rates of up to 1,733 Mbit/s on the 5 GHz band and 800 Mbit/s on the 2.4 GHz band.

Usable everywhere in Europe

No matter where in Europe you want to use the FRITZ!Box 6890 LTE - with flexible multiband support, it offers advantages everywhere. Depending on availability, it automatically uses all mobile network bands currently in use in Europe.

FRITZ!OS - a versatile system

FRITZ!OS, the operating system of the FRITZ!Box, regularly offers new features. With the central home network overview, you always have everything under control. Make use of the child lock and WiFi access for guests, and always stay informed about the current consumption of your data volume. Updates are of course free of charge.
