Four-zone, eight-channel multi-room amplifier

Designed by custom install specialists for custom install specialists. The powerful four-zone, eight-channel multi-room amplifier reaches all HEOS zones from a single, rack-mountable 2U enclosure and features Dolby Digital and Dolby Digital+ decoding with stereo down-mixing.

HEOS Drive HS2

The HEOS Drive HS2 features 60 watts per channel (20Hz~20kHz, 0.05% THD, 8 ohms, All Channels Driven), 1 or 2 pairs of stereo amplifiers can be bridged for higher power output (130W) per channel and the HEOS Drive HS2 can also drive lower impedance speakers (4 ohms).

Matrix switching system

Each zone has a stereo pair of speaker or preamplifier outputs and each zone can be configured as a stereo or mixed mono output. The matrix switching system features 2 optical digital inputs, 2 coaxial digital inputs and 4 analogue stereo inputs, each of which can be assigned to any zone, and each zone also has its own USB port for connecting an external USB drive.

Variable Crossover

The HEOS Drive HS2 can handle virtually any speaker configuration and features DSP high pass/low pass filters that can set each output to full range speakers, satellite speakers, or subwoofer with variable crossover points.

Silent Fan

The speaker outputs are equipped with four-way connections suitable for banana plugs and there are also four 12V trigger outputs. The housing is equipped with a silent fan that ensures that the operating temperature remains at a low level, guaranteeing long-term stability and operational reliability.

Dual RJ-45 Ethernet LAN ports

The HEOS Drive HS2 features dual RJ-45 Ethernet LAN ports that allow it to connect to your network and share your Internet connection with other devices.

Removable feet and separate mounting brackets

The HEOS Drive HS2 comes with detachable legs and mounting brackets included so it can be installed on a shelf or in a rack.

iOS, Android, and Kindle Fire

Once the HEOS Drive HS2 is installed and connected, the HEOS app (iOS and Android) makes setup and configuration quick and easy.
