The wood enclosures are machined with a five-axis CNC machining process. They have a glossy piano lacquer finish. Sivga applied the brand logo to the enclosures using laser engraving technology.

In addition to the handmade rosewood ear cups, Sivga has used metal parts for the headband. These are manufactured with high-precision technologies for an elegant look and solid construction.
