This Marantz PM6007 Hi-Fi stereo amplifier delivers an output power of 2x 45 watts at 8 ohms, providing enough power to drive most modern speakers. The construction and build quality of this conveniently positioned Hi-Fi amplifier are excellent. Functionality and connectivity

The amplifier features a tone control, a balance control and a source direct circuit that allows the entire control circuit to be turned off for the best possible sound quality. The amplifier is equipped with four analog line inputs, one dedicated phono input, one coaxial and two optical digital inputs. The amplifier is also equipped with two filters to further fine-tune music playback from digital sources to your personal taste. If you want to connect a tape or cassette recorder to the amplifier, use the analog line output for recording. Connect up to two speaker groups to the amplifier, so you can use it to drive either different speakers or speakers in different rooms.

Marantz has been using HDAM modules for analog signal processing for many years. These are discrete output buffers and replace the widely used but often underperforming opamps. In combination with the highly acclaimed and also optimally shielded HDAM SA3 modules, this amplifier delivers highly detailed music reproduction with finesse and liveliness.
