A high-quality Hi-Fi amplifier, the HiFi ROSE RA180 combines modern technology with stunning lavish retro styling and a touch of steam punk. Analog enjoyment

This pure analog amplifier features a pair of balanced XLR inputs and three unbalanced stereo RCA line inputs. If you use this amplifier in a home theater setup, feed the signal through the Bypass input. Vinyl lovers aren't forgotten, either. The RA180 features an integrated RIAA phono preamp with a switchable MM/MC gain characteristic. With the low-band bass turnover and the high-band roll-off, the sound of (old) vinyl can be fine-tuned completely to your liking. The sound color of the music can be adjusted as desired via the tone control. Would you like to connect a subwoofer to it for an even deeper continuous layer? The RA180 also has a subwoofer output. Purists can disable the entire tone control at the touch of a button to reduce coloration and distortion to an absolute minimum.

Class AD reinforcement

The RA180 features four powerful Class AD mono power amplifiers rated at a whopping 200 watts at 8 ohms per channel. Here, HiFi Rose uses a hybrid amplification technique that combines the sound quality of Class AB with the efficiency of Class D. In the amplification and in the powerful switched power supply, super-fast Gallium Nitride FETs and oversized semiconductors are used with which the amplifier displays a silky smooth and very natural sound quality with a high bandwidth. The soundstage with which this RA180 sets the music in the room is magical.

Bi-amping is standard

Especially for speakers with separate terminals for the high and low frequencies, this amplifier allows for Bi-Amping. A way of amplification that many audiophiles refer to as the ultimate way of amplification. With the active crossover, the separation frequency for midrange and tweeter can be set perfectly by the user. If you think this goes a bit too far, these amplifiers can also be coupled together to create a traditional two-channel configuration with a power output of 2x 400 Watts at 8 Ohms.
