Power over Ethernet

Route10 features PoE+ connectivity on ports 2 and 3. The router supports the 802.3at PoE+ standard and is backward compatible with the 802.3af PoE standard. Power your Alta Labs Access Points and other devices that support the 802.3at or 802.3af standard.

High-quality connectivity

Designed for maximum performance, the Route10 features four auto-sensing Ethernet ports that support Ethernet connections up to 2.5 Gbps (10/100/1000/2500 Mbps).

Route10 also offers two SFP+ ports for high-capacity fiber or copper connections of 1 Gbps, 2.5 Gbps, 5 Gbps or 10 Gbps.

Device-specific exceptions

For cases where content from specific devices should not be filtered, a schedule should not be followed, or a hotspot should not be bypassed, administrators can allow individual devices to bypass the filter, schedule, and/or hotspot settings.

Mobile App Support

Monitor and manage your networks from the convenience of your mobile device. The management interface is easily accessible via a mobile app or web browser. Sign up for an Alta Labs account with just your name, email address, and password, or sign in with your Google or Apple account.

Bluetooth setting

Bluetooth functionality is built into the Alta Labs Route10 router for seamless setup using the Alta Networks mobile app.

Advanced Filtering - DPI Engine

Route10 has a powerful built-in Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) engine. Restrict access to websites, applications or types of applications.

Filter settings are easily applied in the Alta Labs Control lTM management interface.

Select applications or types of applications from the Block Applications drop-down menu.
Block websites by entering their domain names in the Block Domains field.
