Dali Sound Hub Compact

The Dali Sound Hub Compact is a compactly designed "preamplifier" with built-in high-res DAC and wireless high-res streaming functionality. It allows analog and digital sources to be connected and Bluetooth streams to be received. This Hub is intended to drive the wireless speakers from the Callisto C, Oberon C and Rubicon C product lines.

Wireless music transmission from Hub to speakers uses a 30-bit signal transmission over the 5.2GHz or 5.8GHz frequency band. Over this, a compression-free I2S audio signal with a resolution of 24bits and 96kHz is sent to the speakers. The maximum distance between the Hub and the speakers is about 10 meters. For most residential situations, this is more than sufficient.

Functional

This Sound Hub Compact has a very low profile so it can be placed invisibly behind a wall-mounted television. This Hub has an analog line input, two digital Toslink inputs, an HDMI input and a Bluetooth interface. If you desire a deeper, continuous low end in conjunction with your speakers, connect a subwoofer via the subwoofer jack.

Simplicity

This Compact Sound Hub from Dali is derived from the now famous Dali Sound Hub. To use this easy-to-use Hub, you don't even need a remote control. In fact, Dali has built in smart source detection so that the Hub automatically switches to the source you currently want to listen to. If you connect your television to Toslink 2, the Hub even switches on completely automatically when you turn on the television. If you want to control the Sound Hub Compact from the comfort of your listening chair, you can use the conveniently included remote control.
