Everything for the best sound quality

Several prototypes and listening sessions led to a design in which the famous Raytheon 5703 vacuum tubes are in a Class A setup in the analog output stage, just after the D/A converter and before the analog output. The tubes are mounted in insulating holders to suppress microphonic effects and provide a constant temperature. The analog output can be connected with an RCA/Cinch cable to an analog input (Line In or AUX) on an amplifier or receiver. Used as the D/A converter is the Burr Brown PCM1796, which can handle high-resolution files up to 24bit/192kHz, well above the resolution of CDs. All relevant audio formats can be played.

Turn any audio system into a music streamer

The Advance Paris WTX-StreamTubes turn any audio product (amplifier, receiver, hi-fi system, soundbar, active speaker, portable radio, etc.) that has a so-called Aux or Line input into a network music streamer. Log the WTX-StreamTubes into the home network, wireless or wired, and discover how Plug & Play it is.

Play music from anywhere

You can play your own music from your NAS, PC or MAC and enjoy well-known streaming services, such as Spotify Connect (Premium), Tidal, Qobuz, Deezer, Amazon Music, etc.Napster, iHeartradio, etc. In addition, 10,000-thousand Internet radio stations are at your disposal via the TuneIn service. Simple operation

Operation is easy via the Advance Playstream app suitable for smartphones and tablets. The apps are available for free in the Android and Apple stores. Also included is a practical IR remote control.

Software always up to date

The firmware of the WTX-StreamTubes remains up to date. Updates, with for example new services or functionalities, will be notified automatically when available and can be installed immediately with a single key press. Updated apps will also be offered automatically. Everything fast and super easy.

Multiroom and Multisource

Enjoy music everywhere! By using Advance Playstream (e.g. the X-Stream 9, Playstream A5/7, MyConnect models and WTX-Microstream) or "Airplay" products in multiple rooms, you can play music simultaneously, synchronized, in different rooms (so-called Party Mode). In addition, everyone in the house in these rooms can choose their own music from a streaming service, Nas, computer or radio.

Connectivity

The WTX-StreamTubes can be connected directly to a device via its analog output via an Aux or Line input (cinch/RCA L/R). In addition, you have access to two digital outputs to connect the WTX-StreamTubes to an external D/A converter or an amplifier with an on-board D/A converter, should you want to go to an even higher level in terms of sound quality.
